Jim Tracy, President, has had a distinguished career in the healthcare sector, with over forty-years of direct managerial and leadership experience, and is responsible for all aspects of operations at Maristhill. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in finance and a Master of Business Administration in management from Bryant College, and a Bachelor of Science in biology from Providence College. Tracy is also an active member of the American College of Health Care Administrators.
As Director of Nursing, Luanne Deagle oversees all aspects of clinical and resident care, staff education and scheduling. She began her career at Maristhill in 2001 as a charge nurse, and held the positions of Nurse Manager, Director of Staff Development & Infection Control, and Assistant Director of Nursing. A graduate of Massachusetts Bay Community College, Ms. Deagle is also a Registered Nurse.
Maristhill is a second career for Activities Director, Bill Driscoll, whose resume includes visual merchandising and retail management as well as holding various positions for a large international shipping company. Bill’s flair for design can be seen throughout Maristhill, especially during holidays and special events, when he almost single-handedly transforms our nursing facility into another “enchanted village.”
Human Resources Director Lori Savlon joined Maristhill in 1998. She is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function for Maristhill, including implementing strategies that enable the facility to recruit, train and retain a high performing, motivated and professional workforce. She has over twenty years of progressive human resource management experience, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
As Director of Mission and Spiritual Care, Janet Hutchison is responsible for the integration of our mission "to continue the healing ministry of Christ" throughout the facility. This includes facilitating daily Mass and other services, visiting patients and residents and offering spiritual support to them, their families and the Maristhill staff. Janet has a Master’s degree in ministry from St. John’s Seminary and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a member of the National Association of Catholic Chaplains.
Director of Admissions Suzanne McCluskey has a distinguished background in the healthcare field with 30 years of experience. She has been part of the Maristhill community for over ten years, as both a Nurse Manager and House Supervisor, and looks forward to answering any questions your family might have during the admissions process here at Maristhill.
Director of Social Services Eve Minkoff joined the team in October 2018. She is primarily responsible for working with residents and patients and their families to promote well-being and address issues or concerns, and also performs assessments, develops care plans, and works closely with the interdisciplinary team to address resident needs, coordinate service and facilitate safe discharge plans. Ms. Minkoff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and received her Master of Social Work degree from Boston College.
