“We’re happy to welcome a well-established member of the healthcare community to the Maristhill team,” said David Becker, System Vice President of Post-Acute Care, Covenant Health. “James has taken a hands-on approach to daily operations. He’s already making contributions that are appreciated by our staff, residents and their families.”

“I’ve met several short-term patients, as well as many of our residents and their families, said Tracy. “I’m completely focused on working with the entire staff to ensure we continue to meet the very highest standards of care and compassion for all those we serve.”

Over the last several years, Tracy served as an Executive Director at Wingate at Sudbury in Sudbury, Mass.; Walpole Healthcare in Walpole, Mass. and Golden Living of Norwood in Norwood, Mass. In each role, he oversaw the facilities’ comprehensive operations.

Tracy holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in finance and a Master of Business Administration in management — both from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Providence College in Providence, R.I. Tracy is also an active member of the American College of Health Care Administrators.
